EPIC Restaurant

The new Fall menu at Epic has taken dining to another level. Chef Dan Marquis has created unique dishes incorporating many of his organic greens found on his family farm in Central Illinois and the flavor profiles are sure to wow even the most seasoned foodie. Whether you’re in the mood for fish, pasta or meat, Epic has you covered. Starters like the Roasted Baby Octopus with chorizo and spearmint pesto, and the fluffy and light Jonah Crab Cake will surely get the evening going in style. The salads all feature organic greens from our Chef’s farm and they provide a light and refreshing start to your meal. The new Beef Crudo salad and the Apple salad are already big hits. The Duck Duck Goose with Crispy Duck, Duck Confit, Cape Gooseberries, Forbidden Rice and Tuscan Kale is simply wonderful and decadent. The Smoked Berkshire Pork Chop with Polenta, Wild Black Raspberries and Apple & Maple Sausage is a new fan favorite. The Pan Seared Sea Bass, Crispy Lemon Sole, Miso Glazed Salmon and Seared Diver Scallops are some of the offerings from the sea. No trip to Epic would be complete without sampling the steaks and meats they have become famous for. Chef Dan has made a NY Strip come alive with arugula, pecorino and marrow hollandaise. Be sure to save some room for desserts that will melt in your mouth! Eating this menu in the stunning and dramatic dining room with fabulous city views is truly one of the great Chicago dining experiences.
